Eden Findley is highly respected in the Australian and international VET sectors. With over 18 years of experience in education, training, and regulatory compliance, he is known for his ability to design strategic solutions that support compliance and business growth.

Eden has worked across Australia, the UAE, Papua New Guinea, and the United States, providing consultancy to RTOs, government bodies, and third party education providers. His expertise spans the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), audit preparation, continuous improvement, and operations management.

With a foundation in training and assessment, Eden has extensive experience in vocational education in TAA/TAE, Business, Leadership and Management, Work Health and Safety, Law Enforcement, and Government Investigations. He has also led international training for high risk law enforcement operations, focusing on international policing, corrections, and border security. 

Eden is passionate about raising the quality standard for Trainers and Assessors in the VET sector. This commitment is reflected in his design of the CDR Group assessment centre.

Warwick Smith has more than 27 years of hands on experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Having held roles as a trainer, training manager, compliance manager, and CEO of multiple RTOs, Warwick offers an unmatched depth of understanding of running high performing training organisations.

His specialist areas include hospitality, construction, mental health first aid, leadership and management, compliance and operational design. Warwick is well known for his ability to solve complex operational challenges and develop systems supporting audit success and student engagement.

Recently, he has been a keynote speaker at VET conferences in major Australian cities, sharing insights into student centred delivery, compliance innovation, and training leadership.

Warwick’s combined knowledge of legislation, learner needs, and business performance makes him a valuable guide for RTOs navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.
